Complete solution for a Mazda B-2500 Pickup

Order by the costumer was to manufacture and to mount a hard top, an intake snorkel with cyclone filter and a ramming bumper with a rope hoist.

We decided for the proven steel construction added with aluminium sheet metal. At costumer's option we did not use serrated sheet to lacquer the hard top with the car's color for later use as advertising space. At the rear end and at both sides folding doors with gas springs were inserted. The gas springs were assembled so that they keep the doors open and closed.

Inside an intermediate bottom was build in that can function as sleeping area, too. On the driver's side a partition wall was integrated to enable access only from the outer shutter. The hard top was extended over the driving cab to carry more luggage.

The chassis was tightened so the vehicle is 40 mm higher now.

The intake snorkel is made of lightweight construction aluminum pipe with a MANN pre-separator.

The winch bumper is made of 4mm zinced steel sheet. In the front the place for the hoisting winch is prepared to set up later the winch. Provisorily the opening was sealed with expanded metal.
