The Technitop roof tents are manufactured in South Africa and are suitable for each luggage rack. The Technitop is a folding shell construction.

The tents are packed in an impact resistant shell of polyethylene that functions as tent bottom. The bottom is about 45 mm strong and inside hollow. The Technitop roof tent has an enormous twisting firmness and a good isolation against cold weather. Even overnight accomodation on our arctic expedition with - 25° C were not a problem.

The linkage consists of light aluminum, the canvas cover is made of a teflon-coated artificial fiber fabric which is completely mould steady. The entrances are outward over-posed and can remain open even while light rain.
The tent has a over tent adjustable in the height, whereby comfortable interior temperatures result. The ladder offers large, pleasant steps.

The mattress is about 5 cm strong with removable and washable cover, which is rubberized from downside.
It takes less than 5 minutes to set up the tent.

Two steel girders are integrated in the bottom to mount the tent on each roof luggage carrier.

The tent will be shipped together with leader and tarpaulin.
Shipping takes ca. 8 weeks.
The box is available in 5 different colors.
Additionally available is a sun protection sail and a shower curtain (also can be used as changing cubicle).
